You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn, in new condition, and include all original tags. Once the item is returned, it will be inspected to ensure it has not been worn.

In the package you will recive a return label and a return form

1. Fill out the return form and place it inside your return package.
2. Pack your item carefully – we cannot accept damaged or used returns.
3. Attach the return label securely to the outside of your package.
4. Drop off your parcel at your nearest drop-off point.
5. Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please place a new order and return the original item. Once we receive your return, you’ll be refunded as usual. This is possible within 14 day after you got your order.
