Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
You must send us your purchases within 30 days of the date of your purchase.
For us to accept the return, the product must be returned in new condition, with its original label, packaging and must not have been used. Please send us your return with an explanatory note including your order number, your address, and tell us if you need an exchange or refund.
Refunds are made within 14 days to the payment card used for the purchase.
